I don't decorate much for the seasons. However, I know my little girls love a cute decoration now and then. That inspired me to make a table runner for the fall which would be bright and cheerful.
I chose pumpkins and not jack o'lanterns because I wanted to be able to display the table cloth from fall through Thanksgiving. Plus, making jack o'lantern blocks would make the blocks more complicated. My goal was for this pattern to be something a beginner quilter could handle and any quilter could sew quickly.
I used all scraps when I made my table runner. The pattern is written so you can too!
