I offer a 10 day return policy. So you must return your purchase within the first 10 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Sorry, but digital downloads cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and meets requirements, I will send you an email to notify you of your refund. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
If the item does not meet return requirements I will write you an email to let you know.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, refunds are not immediately posted in your bank account.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

When returning your item, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
After shipping your item I am not responsible for the safe delivery of the item.
Please consider purchasing insurance and tracking your shipment if the item value is over $75. I cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
